Part 1
The new basement access ramp is starting
to take shape.
After the roof deck is cleaned up, paper and then roofing membrane is installed.
Treated furring strips go over the membrane.
And finally the refurbished historic
tiles are reinstalled; a historic roof, over a
new membrane roof: two roofs in one (one for looks, one to keep the
water out!)
Even up close, the new tiles look great.
Tiles waiting for their turn to again shine in the sun.
