West-bound Grand Prix Boulevard. Two lanes east and west, separated by a landscaped median. Houses in this section of "the hill" were huge, newer and had underground utilities. Growing up, this was the "nice" section of Playa del Rey!

I lived at the top of this street in the circle. It was a great place for a child to grow up. We used to ride our bikes up and down all the hills and loved the beach. =
